Pumps & Regulators

    • Description

Pumps and regulators are key components of aircraft fuel, oil and hydraulic systems, used to move working fluids, maintain pressure and keep onboard systems operating within required limits. In helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, these units support engine fuel supply, oil circulation, hydraulic pressure generation, lubrication, cooling and controlled operation of flight-control or service systems.

This category includes aviation fuel pumps, oil pumps, hydraulic pumps, electric pumping units, turbine-driven pumps, flow regulators, pressure regulators and related control components. Depending on the aircraft system, a pump or regulator may be installed in fuel supply lines, oil circuits, hydraulic pressure networks, auxiliary power systems, braking circuits, landing gear systems or onboard service equipment.

Pumps and regulators are widely used on Soviet, Russian and CIS-manufactured platforms such as Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171, Mi-24, Mi-26, Ka-32, An-series aircraft, IL-series aircraft, L-410 and other legacy aviation equipment. In many cases, correct selection depends not only on the general system name, but also on aircraft part number, flow rate, pressure range, drive type, connection layout, installed engine or hydraulic system configuration.

These components are commonly required during scheduled maintenance, fuel system repair, oil system servicing, hydraulic system troubleshooting, engine support work, aircraft modernization and restoration of airworthiness. In operation, aviation pumps and regulators work under vibration, pressure cycling, temperature changes, contamination risk and continuous mechanical or electrical load, so internal wear, sealing condition and compatibility with the working fluid are important during replacement.

Depending on the specific position and customer requirement, aircraft pumps and regulators may be supplied in factory new, serviceable, storage-preserved or overhauled condition. For selected items, technical passports, certificates of conformity, release documents, origin records or available traceability information may be provided upon request.

Aviamisto supplies aircraft pumps, fuel pumps, oil pumps, hydraulic pumps, pressure regulators and related aviation system components for MRO organizations, repair facilities, fleet operators and aviation parts suppliers. Some standard positions may be available from UAE or EU stock locations, while less common pumping and regulation units are sourced upon request according to aircraft type, part number, operating parameters and technical documentation.
