This Policy defines the conditions for return exchange and application of restocking fees for aviation components supplied by Aviamisto
All returns are permitted strictly upon prior written authorization and only with a valid RMA Return Material Authorization number
No return will be accepted without prior written approval and an official RMA number
To obtain an RMA the following information must be provided
invoice or order reference number
part numbers and item description
reason for return with supporting evidence photos or documentation if required
Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be refused upon arrival
A Restocking Fee may apply to selected product categories depending on item type manufacturer policy and order conditions
The applicability and amount of such fee are agreed at the time of order placement and clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice final invoice and shipping documentation
By confirming the order the client acknowledges and accepts these conditions
The standard Restocking Fee ranges from 7 to 15 percent of the item value unless otherwise agreed
The Restocking Fee is applied when
the item was ordered under special or custom conditions
the return is not related to a manufacturing defect
the return is initiated by the client including order cancellation or modification
All returned items must
remain in original condition without installation or operation
be returned in original packaging with all seals labels and documentation
include a copy of the invoice and the RMA form
If the returned item arrives damaged incomplete or improperly packed a condition assessment is performed
If the damage is determined to be caused by improper handling transport packaging or client negligence Aviamisto reserves the right to
reject the return
or issue an invoice to compensate repair or loss costs
All return shipments must be properly packed and sent via an approved trackable carrier
The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the package and in all accompanying documents
Return shipping is at the Buyer expense unless otherwise agreed in writing
Aviamisto bears no responsibility for loss or damage during return transportation
All returned items are subject to inspection by the Return Department upon receipt
Final approval for return refund or exchange is granted only after verification by the logistics and technical departments
If required an additional recertification or diagnostic fee may be applied
The following items are not eligible for return
custom made or factory special products
electrical and electronic components once the sealed packaging has been opened
items showing signs of installation tampering or modification
products with expired shelf life or damaged packaging
Approved refunds are processed only after completion of inspection
Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
All banking and transaction fees related to non warranty returns are borne by the Buyer
For returns based on malfunction or non conformity the client must provide
photo evidence of the item before and after inspection
official test or diagnostic report issued by a certified maintenance or repair organization
description of the test equipment used including serial number and calibration validity
test conditions such as temperature pressure or operating environment if applicable
If the submitted data is incomplete or technically inconsistent Aviamisto reserves the right to
suspend return review until sufficient documentation is provided
or reject the return in case of confirmed technical discrepancies
