Power Transducers

Power transducers are aircraft electrical conversion and measurement devices used in onboard power supply, emergency power and electrical monitoring systems. They help convert, stabilize or condition electrical power so that avionics units, navigation equipment, control panels, emergency systems and auxiliary onboard consumers receive the required voltage and current parameters.

In aircraft electrical networks, power transducers may operate with 27 V DC supply, 36 V three-phase AC at 400 Hz and other standard aviation power configurations depending on the installed system. These units can perform DC-to-AC conversion, voltage transformation, current measurement, signal conditioning, output stabilization and controlled power distribution within normal or emergency operating modes.

This category includes aircraft power transducers, voltage converters, current transducers, inverter-type modules, electrical measuring converters, emergency power supply components and related aviation electrical units. They may be used on Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171, Mi-24, Mi-26, Ka-32 helicopters, as well as An-series aircraft, IL-series aircraft, L-410 and other Soviet or Russian-designed aviation platforms.

Power transducers are commonly required during scheduled maintenance, electrical system troubleshooting, replacement of failed power-conversion units, avionics power supply modernization, emergency power system repair and restoration of airworthiness. In service, these components operate under vibration, temperature changes, unstable electrical loads and long-duty flight cycles, so correct selection depends on part number, voltage input, output parameters, frequency, connector type and system application.

Depending on the specific item and customer requirement, power transducers may be supplied in factory new, serviceable, storage-preserved or overhauled condition. For selected positions, technical passports, certificates of conformity, release documents, origin records or available traceability information may be provided upon request.
