About this policy
This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used on aviamisto.com: our aviation parts catalogue, customer account, basket and enquiry pages.
Cookies are small records saved by your browser. Some last for a browsing session; others have an expiry date. Local storage is a separate browser technology that can retain preferences without a preset expiry.
The entries below describe the reviewed implementation. Not every cookie is set for every visitor: some depend on signing in, using the basket or choosing a catalogue view. An asterisk (*) represents a variable part of a cookie name.
Basket, account & consent
These functions keep your selected parts associated with your browser, maintain a signed-in session and remember cookie choices. Blocking their storage may interrupt the function you are using.
Language & catalogue preferences
Preference storage helps you keep the interface you selected. It does not determine part compatibility, availability or the terms of a quotation.
Visit & order attribution
WooCommerce includes visit-source tracking on parts of this site. It records information such as the referring page, campaign parameters and pages visited in a session; this can be associated with an order. This is distinct from the cookies needed to keep a basket working.
Identifiers, referral URLs and device or network information may be personal data or become personal data when combined with other records. They should not be treated as automatically anonymous.
External services & security
Cloudflare helps protect the public website. Security checks may involve additional cookies, depending on the check and configuration. A cookie used for security is different from an advertising tracker.
When you follow a link to WhatsApp, Telegram, a social network or a document hosted on another service, that service handles your visit under its own privacy and cookie rules. A link to a service does not by itself mean its advertising tracker is embedded here.
The settings panel groups technologies by purpose. A category name alone is not a list of active services. If the technologies used on the site change, their purposes and controls need to be reviewed as well.
Manage your choices
Open CookieYes to review the categories and controls available in the consent panel. You can return to these settings after your first visit. Your choices apply to the browser in which you make them; another browser or device may need a separate choice.
Choose “Reject All” to record refusal of optional categories, or adjust the available category switches and choose “Save My Preferences”. You can reopen the panel to change your choice or withdraw consent. Necessary functions do not have an optional-category switch.
Your browser also lets you inspect, delete or block cookies and clear local storage for this site. Clearing site data may reset your language or catalogue view, sign you out, remove the browser’s link to your basket and cause the consent notice to appear again. Some browsers restore session cookies when restoring a browsing session.
If the settings panel cannot load, use your browser’s site-data controls or contact us. Deleting browser data does not delete an enquiry or order already sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for handling of enquiry details, attachments and personal-information requests.
Sending a parts list, requesting a quotation or accepting cookies is not, by itself, an instruction to subscribe you to promotional emails.
Retention & policy updates
The durations above refer to browser storage, not to the retention of order records, correspondence or consent logs on a server. Storage can be refreshed by a later interaction, and browser privacy settings may shorten its lifetime.
This policy reflects the website configuration reviewed on 7 September 2026. The cookie inventory and consent behaviour should be checked again whenever services or browser storage change.
