After full payment, your order ships from Dubai using the agreed route and delivery method.

Every order ships to the customer only after full payment.
Your quotation and proforma invoice confirm the part numbers, quantities, condition, amount, currency and shipment details before payment.
In-person viewing of parts held in stock at our Dubai warehouse can be arranged on request.
Payment by stock type

- 100% advance payment before dispatch.
- Partner stock / Remote stock
- 50% advance payment to start the order; the remaining 50% before shipment from Dubai to you.
- Pre-order
- 50% advance payment to start the order; the remaining 50% before shipment from Dubai to you.
Remote stock is transferred to Dubai first. The balance is paid before onward shipment to you, not after delivery.
