    • Description

Aviation and hydraulic hoses are used throughout fuel, oil, hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and auxiliary systems on helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. In aviation maintenance, the correct hose assembly is usually selected not by a general description, but by aircraft part number, fitting configuration, pressure rating, hose length, operating medium and the exact installation location on the aircraft. Two externally similar hose assemblies may belong to completely different systems and cannot always be used interchangeably.

These components are widely used on Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-14, Mi-24 and Mi-26 helicopters, as well as An-2, An-24, An-26, An-28, An-30, An-32, An-72, An-74, An-124, IL-76, L-410 and other CIS-manufactured aircraft still operating in cargo, utility, offshore, firefighting, transport and special-mission roles. Typical applications include flight control hydraulics, transmission systems, engine and gearbox oil lines, fuel supply and return circuits, cooling systems, pneumatic lines, rotor-related systems and onboard auxiliary equipment.

The category covers OST-standard aviation hoses, U-series and AMT-series flexible hoses, fluoroplastic PTFE hoses, high-pressure aircraft hoses, rigid and flexible lines, return hoses and complete aviation hose assemblies with fittings. Some hose types remain standard catalogue items, while others are produced according to technical drawings, installed samples, maintenance documentation or customer-provided specifications. On older Soviet and Russian-designed aircraft, routing layout and fitting arrangements may vary depending on aircraft series, modification, overhaul history or installed equipment package.

All aviation and hydraulic hoses supplied in this category are offered only in factory new condition. Used, repaired, overhauled or serviceable hoses are not supplied. For aviation hose assemblies, factors such as storage life, material condition, reinforcement integrity, sealing reliability and compatibility with hydraulic fluid, fuel, oil, coolant or air systems remain critical for safe aircraft operation and long-term maintenance planning.

For operators and MRO facilities supporting legacy Mil, Antonov, Ilyushin and L-410 platforms, hose replacement is often part of scheduled overhaul programs, engine maintenance, hydraulic system repair and fleet refurbishment projects. Depending on the application, certain hose assemblies may also require confirmation of pressure class, temperature resistance, firewall suitability or compatibility with specific onboard systems.

Aviamisto supplies aviation hydraulic hoses, aircraft hose assemblies and related helicopter spare parts for MRO organizations, repair plants, fleet operators and aviation parts suppliers working with Mi-8 / Mi-17 family helicopters, Mi-24, Mi-26 and transport aircraft of the An, IL and L-410 families. Some standard hose positions may be available from UAE and EU stock locations, while many assemblies are manufactured to order after confirmation of the aircraft part number, configuration and technical requirements.

Technical passports, certificates of conformity, origin documents and available supporting paperwork may be provided for selected positions upon request. This approach allows more accurate supply and compatibility control than generic catalogue matching, especially for operational aircraft, overhaul projects and long-term fleet support programs.
