- Description
Electronic control units are onboard electronic blocks used to manage, regulate, switch and protect aircraft electrical and avionics systems. In helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, these units support signal processing, voltage regulation, power distribution, system synchronization, control logic and stable operation of connected onboard equipment.
This category includes aircraft electronic control units, voltage regulation blocks, power supply modules, synchronization units, signalling blocks, interface modules, limit command units and related electronic control components. Depending on the system, an electronic control unit may operate with avionics equipment, navigation systems, flight-control support circuits, warning systems, electrical distribution panels or auxiliary onboard mechanisms.
Electronic control units may be used on Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171, Mi-24, Mi-26, Ka-32 helicopters, as well as An-series aircraft, IL-series aircraft, L-410 and other Soviet or Russian-designed aviation platforms. On older aircraft, similar-looking electronic blocks may differ by internal circuit design, connector layout, voltage parameters, signal logic, software or approved system application, so replacement is normally checked by part number and technical documentation.
In operation, these units work under vibration, temperature changes, unstable electrical loads and long-duty flight cycles. Correct performance is important for stable avionics operation, power regulation, command processing, warning indication and protection of aircraft electrical circuits.
Electronic control units are commonly required during scheduled maintenance, avionics repair, electrical system troubleshooting, replacement of faulty control blocks, cockpit equipment refurbishment, modernization programs and restoration of airworthiness. Depending on the specific item and customer requirement, units may be supplied in factory new, serviceable, storage-preserved or overhauled condition.
Aviamisto supplies aircraft electronic control units, avionics control blocks, power regulation modules and related electrical components for MRO organizations, repair facilities, fleet operators and aviation parts suppliers. Some standard positions may be available from UAE or EU stock locations, while less common electronic units are sourced upon request according to aircraft type, part number, system application and technical documentation. Technical passports, certificates of conformity, release documents and available traceability records may be provided for selected positions upon request.
