Function in the KP2V navigation radar
The monoblock generates the transmitted radar signal and receives the reflected response through the associated high-frequency and antenna path. In the Kupol equipment of the Ilyushin Il-76, KP2V supports navigation-radar and weather-observation tasks. KP2-30-5 must be evaluated as part of the complete radar channel.
