MA-250M pressure gauge for aircraft systems

The MA-250M is an aircraft pressure gauge used for measuring excess pressure in onboard and ground aviation systems. It is suitable for air, oxygen, AMG-10 hydraulic fluid, and other liquid or gaseous media that do not damage the materials in contact with the instrument. The gauge is used where maintenance crews or system operators need a direct visual reading of pressure. It is a deformation-type mechanical instrument, so the reading is formed by pressure acting on the internal measuring element and moving the pointer across the scale.

Where the MA-250M is used

The MA-250M can be installed in units and systems of aircraft, helicopters, and ground aviation equipment. Its application depends on the specific system layout: pneumatic circuits, oxygen equipment, hydraulic servicing lines, test benches, and other pressure-control points may use gauges of this class. Pressure measurement with MA-250M

MA-250M connection and installation

The MA-250M is made with an axial rear connection and without a flange. This means the pressure connection is located at the back of the instrument rather than at the bottom or side. Before replacement, the installer should check the connection position, thread and available space behind the panel or unit. A mechanically similar gauge with a different connection style may not fit the installation correctly. The gauge should also be mounted without mechanical stress on the case or pressure fitting, since that can affect durability and reading stability.

Operating conditions of MA-250M

The MA-250M is designed for aviation operating conditions, including low and high ambient temperatures, vibration, and high humidity. These factors matter because the gauge may be used not only inside protected cabins, but also in technical compartments or ground aviation equipment exposed to harder service conditions. During inspection, attention should be paid to pointer return, glass condition, case damage, thread condition, scale readability, and absence of leakage. A gauge with a damaged case or unclear scale should not be treated as serviceable only because the pointer still moves.

Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.
