vibration sensor
11 in stock
The MV-03-1 piezoelectric vibration sensor is installed on the engine body of helicopters equipped with TV3-117 engines, including Mi-8/Mi-17 series aircraft.
It is used as part of the IV-500E vibration monitoring system to detect vibration velocity and transmit the signal through the USS-6 matching devices to the BE-9E electronic unit, which activates cockpit annunciators when preset vibration thresholds are exceeded.
The MV-03-1 sensor directly measures vibration characteristics within the operational frequency band and outputs an electrical signal proportional to the amplitude.
The device is engineered for continuous onboard use, with a sealed housing and shielded cable to ensure stable measurement under exposure to heat, vibration and dynamic loads.
The unit is supplied with a standard factory cable.
Alternate designations:
MV-03-1, MV03-1, МВ-03-1, МВ03-1
All refer to the same sensor.
Purpose: Measure vibration signal of the engine structure
System Role: Part of IV-500E vibration monitoring equipment
Applicable Aircraft: Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171 and other TV3-117 powered platforms
Type: Piezoelectric vibration sensor
Capacitance (sensor + cable): 900–2000 pF
Cable Capacitance: 10–30 pF/m
Sensitivity Deviation: ±10%
Weight: ≤0.10 kg
Precious Metals: Silver 0.01 g; Tin 0.02 g
Installation Location: Engine external mounting
Signal Output Path: MV-03-1 → USS-6 → BE-9E
