BANO-7M green aircraft navigation light
The BANO-7M green is an aircraft position light used in the external lighting system of an aeroplane or helicopter. It marks the aircraft position and direction of movement at night, in reduced visibility and during ground operations. The green light is installed on the right side so that another crew or ground observer can identify the aircraft orientation.

Function of the BANO-7M
The unit produces a steady coloured signal within its specified viewing sector. Its filter determines the signal colour, while the housing and base provide mounting on the outer aircraft structure. In a complete navigation-light arrangement, the BANO-7M operates with the corresponding red side light and a white tail light.
Electrical and optical data
The light is intended for a 27 V DC aircraft electrical system. Colour, supply voltage, power consumption, luminous intensity, emission angles, dimensions and weight are the main selection parameters. Installation and inspection
Before installation, check the full marking, filter colour, housing, mounting points, electrical contacts and seals. After connection, verify stable illumination and correct orientation of the light sector. Red and green executions serve different sides of the aircraft and must not be assigned to the opposite side without confirmation from the installation documentation.
