The IZH6.122.534 frame protects the installed radio unit from vibration, shock loads and structural movement that occur during flight and ground operation. Aircraft radio equipment is exposed to continuous vibration, temperature changes and mechanical loads, especially on helicopters and transport aircraft. The shock-mount frame reduces the transmission of these loads to the transceiver, connectors and internal electronic assemblies, helping maintain reliable operation and service life of the radio station.

The frame is designed as a metal mounting platform with damping elements and locking devices for secure fixation of the radio station block.
