B10V-JAPI is an aircraft shock-mount frame used for installation and vibration isolation of onboard HF radio equipment of the Yadro family. The frame is intended for mounting radio station blocks inside the aircraft radio equipment compartment and reducing vibration loads transmitted from the airframe to the installed equipment. It is used as part of the mechanical installation set for Yadro HF radio communication systems and supports reliable operation of radio units under aircraft vibration and dynamic loads.
The B10V-JAPI frame performs a mechanical support and vibration damping function. During aircraft operation, radio equipment is exposed to vibration, shock, temperature variation and structural loads. The shock-mount frame helps reduce the influence of these factors on the installed radio blocks, connectors and internal electronic assemblies. This is important for stable electrical contact, reduced mechanical stress and proper service life of the onboard HF radio station components.
The B10V-JAPI is installed in the aircraft radio equipment compartment, where the main blocks of the Yadro radio station are mounted outside the cockpit. The frame provides a fixed installation base and mechanical interface between the radio block and aircraft structure. It may be used with Yadro-family equipment sets where the radio station includes a receiver-transmitter, power amplifier, antenna tuning unit, control panel and auxiliary units. Exact compatibility depends on the aircraft configuration and radio station installation documentation.
The B10V-JAPI shock-mount frame is used on helicopters and aircraft equipped with compatible Yadro HF radio stations. Typical application includes Mi-8 and Mi-17 helicopters and their modifications, where Yadro-family HF radio equipment is installed in the radio compartment. Since radio installations may differ by aircraft version, overhaul history and modernization status, applicability should be confirmed through the aircraft equipment list, radio station installation documentation and maintenance manual before supply or replacement.
The B10V-JAPI frame is a specialized mechanical aircraft component. It does not process radio signals and does not perform electrical tuning or amplification. Its role is to provide mechanical mounting, vibration isolation and correct positioning of the installed radio equipment. During maintenance, the frame should be checked for deformation, cracked or worn shock absorbers, loose fasteners, corrosion, damaged mounting points and proper alignment with the connected radio block and aircraft structure.
The unit may be referenced as B10V-JAPI, B10V-YaR1, B10V-YAR1, B10V-Yar1, Б10В-Яр1 or Б10В-ЯР1. The product identifier may be specified as I82.000.018-01. These designations should be checked against the actual marking plate, aircraft equipment list and radio station installation documentation before ordering. For correct supply, it is useful to specify the aircraft type, installed Yadro radio version, required condition, frame completeness, shock absorber condition and documentation requirements.
