Description
Almaz-UP-48 is an onboard voice playback unit used as a core component of the Almaz-UP aircraft voice warning system. The unit is designed to store and reproduce pre-recorded voice messages intended to inform the flight crew and ground services about abnormal, hazardous, and emergency situations during aircraft operation.
The device automatically plays voice messages upon receiving control signals from onboard aircraft systems. Voice data is stored on a solid-state non-volatile memory carrier, ensuring high reliability, resistance to vibration, and stable operation under aviation environmental conditions.
After power-up, the Almaz-UP-48 unit performs an automatic self-test and enters operational mode only after successful internal diagnostics. During operation, the unit records a log of reproduced voice messages, allowing post-flight analysis of annunciated events.
Almaz-UP-48 is designed for Pin-to-Pin installation without modification of existing aircraft wiring and operates as part of the Almaz-UP voice warning system, typically in conjunction with RI-65 control and amplification equipment.
The unit is widely used on civil helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, including Mi-8 / Mi-17 helicopters and various transport and passenger aircraft types.

All shipments are carried out from our international warehouse in Dubai (UAE), as well as from our partners’ remote warehouses.
In Stock — items available in stock at the Dubai warehouse are dispatched within 5–10 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Remote Stock — items available at our partners’ remote warehouses are supplied within an average of 30–45 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.
Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.

All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
