AGK-77-15 attitude indicator is a gyroscopic flight instrument designed to provide the pilot with visual information about the aircraft attitude relative to the true horizon. The instrument indicates roll and pitch angles, provides sideslip indication, and generates electrical roll and pitch signals for external onboard systems.
The unit belongs to gyroscopic flight and navigation instruments and is installed as part of aircraft instrument systems on fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. The attitude indicator provides roll indication within ±360° and pitch indication within ±85°, ensuring reliable attitude information during various flight regimes, including turns, maneuvers, and operations in adverse weather conditions.
AGK-77-15 is designed for operation under dynamic conditions, including oscillating and vibrating bases. The instrument maintains specified accuracy after performing 180° turns and during exposure to vibration and motion. An integrated bank angle warning system provides indication when preset roll angle limits are exceeded.
The instrument is powered by a three-phase AC power supply at 400 Hz and a DC power supply at 27 V. AGK-77-15 is applied on An-28 and An-140 aircraft, as well as Mi-8AMT, Mi-17 and B-3 helicopters.
