pressure gauge
Available on back-order
MA-60 is a vibration-resistant aircraft pressure gauge used for measuring gauge pressure in onboard and ground aviation systems. The instrument is designed for non-aggressive liquid and gaseous media, including air, oxygen, hydraulic fluids and other compatible working fluids. It provides direct visual pressure indication on a graduated dial and is used where a simple, reliable mechanical pressure reading is required. The gauge is suitable for aircraft operating conditions with vibration, acceleration and wide temperature variation.
The gauge measures excess pressure in the connected line and displays the value on the dial. It is not an electronic sensor and does not transmit a signal to other instruments. Its function is local pressure indication for inspection, monitoring or cockpit / service panel reading, depending on installation. The scale allows the operator to assess whether the pressure of the connected pneumatic, oxygen or hydraulic circuit remains within the required operating range. Correct reading depends on proper installation, line cleanliness and serviceable gauge mechanism.
The instrument can be used with air, oxygen, AMG-10 hydraulic fluid and other non-aggressive fluids or gases compatible with the gauge materials. In aviation use, such gauges may be installed in onboard pressure control circuits or in ground aviation support equipment. Media compatibility must always be checked before installation, especially for oxygen systems and hydraulic systems. If the gauge is used for oxygen pressure, the cleanliness requirements and approved modification must be confirmed through the aircraft or equipment documentation.
The base MA-60 version has an axial rear connection and is supplied without a front mounting flange. MA-60K is a related modification with a front flange, usually intended for panel installation and commonly associated with oxygen pressure applications. These versions should not be selected only by pressure range. The connection arrangement, mounting method, dial layout and approved medium must match the installation point. When replacing an existing instrument, the installed version and connector position should be checked first.
Before ordering MA-60, the marking, pressure range, connection type and mounting arrangement should be checked against the equipment documentation or product passport. It is also useful to confirm the working medium, required version and whether the gauge is intended for onboard installation or ground equipment. For correct selection, provide the aircraft or equipment type, system application, existing gauge marking and a photo of the dial and rear connection if available. The product is also known under alternative designations MA-60, MA-60K and МА-60.
