Description
The MS-61B “Lira” is an aircraft wire tape recorder designed for recording speech information from radio receivers and aircraft intercom systems, as well as for autonomous recording from crew microphones on board an aircraft.
The recorder operates on the principle of magnetic recording with high-frequency bias on a steel wire recording medium, with automatic erasure of previous recordings by a high-frequency magnetic field.
The MS-61B differs from the base MS-61 version by the design of the recording unit and power supply circuitry and is intended for installation in a crash-protected armored enclosure.
Playback of recorded information is performed using a ground-based wire tape recorder and is not available on board the aircraft.
The product is also known under alternative designations MS-61B, MS-61B Lira, МС-61Б, which refer to the same product type.

Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.
Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
