BUR-LKV-01 flight information recording system
BUR-LKV-01 is an onboard system for collecting, processing and recording parametric, voice and audio information. The recorded data is used to investigate aviation incidents, assess the technical condition of aircraft systems and the powerplant, and analyse crew actions during flight. Unlike a single-purpose recorder, BUR-LKV-01 combines several information streams within one recording architecture and preserves them for subsequent operational or investigative analysis.

The system accepts flight parameters, signals from analog and frequency sources, discrete commands, aircraft identification data, digital-code information and cockpit audio. Its configuration provides separate voice and sound channels and supports prolonged cyclic storage. System composition and data storage
The BUR-LKV-01 installation includes the BUR-LK-01 protected recorder, BS-LK-01 interface unit, PU-SN-10010.2 control panel with removable operational storage and BMi-2 microphone unit. The protected solid-state recorder retains information required for investigation, while the removable storage supports routine flight-data retrieval and operational monitoring. The recorded information can be transferred for processing without treating the individual blocks as interchangeable products.
