AZZK-200/4
Aircraft Circuit Breaker
Description
AZZK-200/4: 200 A three-pole aircraft circuit breaker
AZZK-200/4 is a 200 A three-pole circuit breaker for aircraft three-phase AC power distribution. The original Cyrillic designation is АЗЗК-200/4. Thermal and electromagnetic releases open all three linked poles when current exceeds the permitted level, while the front actuator provides common manual switching.

Construction
The AZZK index denotes the cockpit execution used with red lighting: it has an extended handle and no luminous eye in the handle. It does not establish the exact scale of every high-current housing. Confirm the original AZZK-200/4 marking, current value, terminals, mounting pattern and actuator against the supplied unit.
Three power paths, common mechanical action and the complete suffix are essential identification points. Related entries AZZK-75 and AZZK-100 are provided for navigation only and do not establish interchangeability.
Electrical data and limits
Specified manufacturer data specify 115 V phase and 200 V line voltage, 400 Hz and cos φ ≥ 0.5. At +60 °C the boundary-current range is 1.2–1.6 × rated current at +60 °C; at −60 °C the specified upper boundary is 2 × rated current. The electromagnetic release setting is 4–6 × rated current. Dimensions are 132.5 × 96 × 131 mm and maximum mass is 1.0 kg. The specification is 8Ю3.619.237-02 ТУ. The “/4” suffix is part of the complete execution and changes the electromagnetic setting; it must never be omitted.
Network and release figures identify the execution; they do not replace the controlled time-current curve, conductor calculation, fault-current study, terminal torque, installation drawing or individual passport. Selection must account for the actual feeder, voltage, frequency, phase sequence, prospective short-circuit current and approved aircraft configuration.
Inspection and inquiry
Inspect the insulating body, metal plates, extended handle, pole sections, lugs, fasteners and mounting points for cracks, tracking, overheating, corrosion, looseness or unspecified repair. Receiving inspection should record all three pole states, common actuator travel, insulation condition and complete nameplate data.
