AZK1M-10-2S
Aircraft Circuit Breaker
Description
AZK1M-10-2S: 10 A second-series circuit breaker
AZK1M-10-2S is the 10 A execution of the AZK1M-2S family of single-pole push-button circuit breakers. It protects DC and AC electrical circuits against unacceptable overload current and short-circuit current. The original Cyrillic marking is АЗК1М-10-2С. The complete designation matters: the current rating and the 2S series suffix must both agree with the approved wiring and parts data.

Construction
The designation identifies a push-button breaker with one protected pole and a metallized housing. Its thermal release has free-trip action, so holding the button in the ON position does not prevent automatic opening under a qualifying fault. A white ring becomes visible in the OFF state and helps confirm the mechanical position. The two terminal connections, body profile and complete marking should be compared with the removed unit before installation.
The 10 A value is the rated-current execution. It does not by itself establish conductor size, aircraft applicability or interchangeability with another AZK1M breaker. Nearby products AZK1M-15-2S and AZK1M-20-2S are provided for navigation and comparison; each has a different protective setting.
Electrical and environmental data
Specified family documentation specifies operation in DC networks up to 27 V and in 115 V AC networks at 400 Hz or 320–1050 Hz. For this 10 A execution, the boundary current at +20 °C is not more than 1.5 times rated current; at −60 °C it is not more than 1.8 times rated current. Terminal voltage drop at rated current is limited to 400 mV, and maximum mass is 31.5 g.
Series data also gives an ambient range of −60 to +60 °C, relative humidity up to 98% at +40 °C, 3,000 rated-current switching cycles and 100 automatic overload trips from the boundary-current level up to 20 times rated current. These values describe the specified AZK1M-2S execution and should be reconciled with the passport of the supplied unit.
Ordering information
Before supply or installation, verify the full marking, nominal current, series suffix, network voltage and AC frequency, terminal condition and mounting interface. Inspect the housing for cracks, overheating, corrosion and damaged hardware. Final acceptance and aircraft applicability follow the product passport, 8Ю3.619.294 ТУ and the approved maintenance or wiring documentation for the aircraft.
A general explanation of the surrounding system is available in the Wikipedia article on aircraft electrical systems. More ratings are listed in the Circuit Breakers category. State the complete AZK1M-10-2S / АЗК1М-10-2С designation in an inquiry.
