AGR-72A attitude indicator is a gyroscopic flight instrument designed to provide the pilot with visual information about the aircraft attitude relative to the plane of the true horizon. The instrument indicates roll and pitch angles within ±360°, excluding the pitch angle zones from 85° to 95°, without taking into account the inclination of the instrument panel.

The unit belongs to gyroscopic flight instruments and is used as part of aircraft instrument systems. The attitude indicator is intended for monitoring the spatial position of the aircraft during various flight regimes, including instrument flight conditions.

AGR-72A is based on a gyroscopic assembly with a correction system. When the correction is switched off, the gyroscope drift remains within the limits specified by technical characteristics. An integrated power failure warning system provides visual indication to the flight crew — in case of power supply failure, a warning flag appears in the visible area of the pitch scale.

The instrument is powered by an AC power supply with a frequency of 400±8 Hz and a nominal voltage of 36 V. AGR-72A is installed on Tu-154 and Il-86 aircraft.

Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
