The 8AMT-1250-00 is a pendulum-type aircraft vibration damper designed to reduce vibration loads in helicopter structures within a defined frequency range. The unit is used as part of the vibration protection system of the Mi-8/17 helicopter family and provides damping of oscillations generated by the powerplant and main rotor system during operation.

Operating Principle

The damper operates on a passive pendulum principle and is tuned to suppress vibrations in a characteristic frequency zone, including the area around 10 Hz. The design contains no active electronic components, ensuring stable performance and high reliability under varying operating conditions.

Application

The 8AMT-1250-00 is installed on Mi-8MT, Mi-8MTV, Mi-8AMT, Mi-171, Mi-172 and other variants of the Mi-8/17 helicopter family. Its use reduces fatigue loads on airframe elements, extends structural service life, and improves vibration comfort for the crew.

Documentation

According to manufacturer documentation, the 8AMT-1250-00 is interchangeable with 8AT-1250-00 and 8MT-1280-100 within approved service life limits. Each unit is supplied with an original manufacturer passport containing acceptance records, operating time tracking, and lifecycle documentation.

Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.

Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.

Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
Extended warranty is available upon request and is agreed individually; it may affect the final product price.
