These are capabilities of the assembled KHF 950 installation, not direct output ratings of the KTR 953 exciter alone. Antenna type, coupler configuration, control equipment and approval data determine the usable aircraft installation.

The exact 064-1015-00 suffix is important. BendixKing documentation states that only selected KTR 953 suffixes, including -01, -11, -41 and -53, support a standard external SELCAL decoder. The -00 configuration must therefore not be advertised as automatically SELCAL-compatible.
