Working medium and system position

The hydraulic filter is installed where the specified condition of the working medium has to be maintained and downstream components need protection or controlled flow. Contamination, excessive resistance or incorrect installation may affect pumps, valves, regulators and actuators positioned later in the circuit. For that reason, inspection covers more than the outer housing: internal elements, seals, connections and flow direction also matter. The working medium must not be selected by analogy. Only fluids or gases explicitly permitted by the product passport and system documentation should be used.

Published technical data identify the following parameters: filter element designation — 269-03; filtration rating, µm — 0.08±0.01; working medium — AMG-10; nominal working pressure, MPa / kgf/cm² — 15 (150); temperature range, °C — -50 … +100; flow capacity, L/min — 10. These values have to be considered together. A matching pressure rating does not confirm the required flow, and a similar envelope does not guarantee the correct filtration grade or valve setting. During incoming inspection, the marking and passport are compared with the removed unit and the applicable maintenance data. Numerical specifications from another modification should not be transferred automatically to 269MF-A, even when the housings appear identical.

Construction and associated components

The available description identifies regenerable filter media, bypass valve. The condition of associated parts affects the entire line: a contaminated element, damaged seal or faulty valve can produce symptoms that resemble failure of the principal unit. Directly related items include 269-03. They belong to the same functional chain but are not treated as interchangeable without documentation. Maintenance checks normally cover channel cleanliness, threads and fittings, corrosion or impact damage, and the delivery set required by the technical request. A clear photograph of the removed unit's nameplate can help identification, but visual similarity alone is not a sufficient basis for replacement. Before installation, compare the passport, drawing or parts catalog, permitted working medium, connection geometry and principal ratings. Supply is handled on a pre-order basis; actual configuration, lead time and availability of a passport, test record or other supporting documentation should be agreed before the order is confirmed.
