Operating function of RD-14-00-1
The servo-operated valve remains closed below its adjusted opening pressure. Once the threshold is reached, the pilot and main stages open a bypass path; the unit closes again after pressure falls by the documented differential. Reliable operation depends on clean working media, serviceable seals, correctly connected lines and a calibrated configuration that matches the technical documentation.
Role in the aircraft system
The valve works with AMG-10 and is rated for pressure up to 30 MPa. Its opening-pressure adjustment range is 2–30 MPa. Existing technical data also records operation at 100 L/min and a closing-pressure relationship of P₀ minus 15 kgf/cm². Connected units form one operating circuit, but each performs a separate task and must not be presented as interchangeable merely because it is installed in the same system.
Installation and maintenance checks
RD-14-00-1 may be installed in compatible hydraulic systems and test equipment where adjustable overpressure protection is required. A specific aircraft application was not independently established in the open documentation reviewed for this update.
