AZR-10: 10 A aircraft DC circuit breaker
AZR-10 is the 10 A execution of the AZR single-pole circuit-breaker family for aircraft DC networks up to 30 V. Its original Cyrillic designation is АЗР-10. The device automatically disconnects a protected feeder during unacceptable overcurrent and also provides manual switching where the approved circuit permits it. Construction and versions
The AZR family uses a dust- and splash-protected metal enclosure, lever control, two power terminals and a free-trip connection between the control and contact mechanisms. Holding the lever in ON does not prevent automatic release. This standard execution has a black lever handle and is intended for panels using ordinary illumination.
Confirm the physical 10 A marking, 30 V class and full designation on the supplied unit. Related versions: AZR-5 and AZR-6.
Electrical and operating data
The nominal network voltage is 27 V DC ±10%. Maximum voltage drop between the moving- and fixed-contact buses, excluding the bimetal circuit at rated current, is 180 mV. The specified operating range is −60 to +60 °C and duty is continuous. Switching endurance is 10,000 make-break cycles at rated resistive load.
Mounting uses two screws. The enclosure protection level is IP30 and exposed terminals are IP00; climatic categories are UHL3 and T3. Select the exact execution according to its trip calibration, conductor cross-section, terminal torque, mounting clearances and product passport. Receiving inspection should record the marking, lever action and terminal condition before installation.
