AZK3-5
Aircraft Circuit Breaker
Description
AZK3-5: 5 A three-pole push-button circuit breaker
AZK3-5 is the 5 A execution of the AZK3 family of three-pole push-button aircraft circuit breakers. The original Cyrillic designation is АЗК3-5. It protects three-phase AC circuits against unacceptable overload and short-circuit current. The complete marking and current rating must match the approved electrical diagram and parts documentation.

Construction
The catalog shows a compact brown phenolic case, front metal mounting bracket, black push-button actuator and three phase terminals. The button provides manual operation while the free-trip mechanism opens the protected circuit when the release operates. The family is electrically and mechanically distinct from single-pole AZK1M devices and lever-operated AZZ breakers.
Catalog drawing dimensions are 56 mm width, 60 mm body height and 23 mm depth; maximum mass is 140 g. Compare the body, mounting plate, actuator, terminal row and full AZK3-5 marking. Other current ratings: AZK3-10 and AZK3-15. Select each version by its full designation.
Electrical and trip data
The manufacturer catalog specifies 200 V line voltage with +7/−13 V tolerance, 115 V phase voltage with +4/−7 V tolerance, frequency 400 ±20 Hz and power factor not less than 0.5. For AZK3-5 at +20 ±5 °C, boundary current is no more than 2.0 Iном when one pole is loaded and 1.5 Iном when all three poles are loaded.
At −60 ±3 °C, the corresponding limits are 2.4 Iном for one pole and 1.9 Iном for three poles. Thermal-release operating time is up to 30 minutes. Family limits also include −60 to +60 °C and up to 98% relative humidity at +40 °C. Acceptance follows the unit passport and 8Ю3.619.272 ТУ.
Ordering information
Before installation, inspect the phenolic housing, metal bracket, push button, terminals and mounting points for cracks, overheating, corrosion and unspecified repair. Confirm the three-phase network, voltage, frequency, rated current and terminal order. Functional checks require an authorized test procedure and suitable three-pole connections.
