Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the provisions of this Policy apply to all deliveries made by Aviamisto. Specific terms contained in quotations, purchase orders, or commercial contracts shall prevail where applicable.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer shall conduct incoming inspection, including verification of:
The inspection period is limited to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Any shortages, discrepancies, transit damage, or visible defects must be reported to Aviamisto in writing within this period.
Failure to notify Aviamisto of any claims relating to acceptance within the inspection period shall constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, aviation products supplied by Aviamisto are covered by a 6-month limited warranty commencing from the date of acceptance of the goods.
Extended warranty coverage may be offered on a case-by-case basis and may affect the final purchase price.
The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and latent defects confirmed through technical evaluation.

Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing and include all relevant supporting information reasonably requested by Aviamisto, including photographs, inspection reports, maintenance records, and technical findings.
Aviamisto reserves the right to request return of the affected item for evaluation before determining whether warranty coverage applies.
Returns of aviation products are accepted only with prior written authorization from Aviamisto.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer shall bear all costs associated with return transportation.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For high-value aviation products, insured and trackable transportation is strongly recommended.
Aviamisto shall not be responsible for returned shipments lost or damaged during transit where adequate insurance and shipment tracking have not been arranged.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and interpreted in accordance with generally accepted international commercial practices.
Any specific commercial agreement entered into between the parties shall prevail in the event of inconsistency with this Policy.
