Refund and Returns Policy

Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

This Refund, Return & Warranty Policy governs the conditions applicable to aviation units, assemblies, components, and spare parts supplied by Aviamisto within the framework of international trade operations, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and international commercial practice.


Goods Acceptance & Confirmation

Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obligated to perform a full incoming inspection, including verification of part numbers, serial numbers, condition, completeness, and all relevant documentation.
The acceptance period is strictly limited to 30 calendar days from the date of actual delivery.
Within this period, the Buyer must send a written confirmation by email stating that the goods have been received, fully comply with the order, and are in proper working condition and fit for installation or operation.


CRITICAL CONDITION
If no written acceptance confirmation is received within 30 days, all warranty obligations shall be automatically deemed void and invalid.This condition is mandatory and non-negotiable.


Warranty Terms

All aviation products are supplied with a standard warranty of 6 months, starting from the date of confirmed acceptance by the Buyer.
An extended warranty may be provided upon individual request, subject to mutual agreement, and may affect the final product price.
The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects and latent defects confirmed by technical inspection.
The warranty does not apply to improper installation, violation of storage conditions, operation outside manufacturer regulations, third-party intervention, unauthorized disassembly, misuse, or improper application.

Return of Goods

Return of aviation equipment is possible only upon prior written approval from Aviamisto.
Returns are accepted strictly under the following conditions:
The item has not been installed or put into operation
The item remains in its original condition
Original packaging is preserved
Full accompanying documentation is provided
The return address is communicated individually after return approval.

Restocking Fee, Order Cancellation & Changes

Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the product value in the following cases:
Order cancellation after confirmation
Order modification after approval
This condition applies only to selected items and is confirmed at the order approval stage.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Violation of storage conditions by the Buyer
Damage to packaging not caused by the Seller
Return after the 30-day acceptance period
Missing components or incomplete sets


Exchanges

Product exchange is permitted only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect established by an official technical inspection.
The exchange is carried out for an identical item, subject to stock availability, or based on mutually agreed new delivery terms.


Return Logistics

All return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of a refund, return transportation costs shall be deducted from the refund amount
For high-value aviation items, the use of insured and trackable shipment is strongly recommended.
Aviamisto assumes no liability for lost return shipments without tracking or insurance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All matters related to refunds, returns, warranty obligations, and financial settlements are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, international commercial practice, and the terms of the applicable commercial contract.
