UNCH-037M is a low-frequency amplifier board designed for operation as part of an airborne radio altimeter system. The board is included in the radio component set of the A-037 radio altimeter and is used in receivers A-037-1A, A-037-1V, A-037-1G, as well as in the PP-5M receiver.

The UNCH-037M board operates within the receiving and measurement chain of the radio altimeter and is intended to amplify low-frequency signals generated during processing of the reflected radio signal. The amplified signal is subsequently used in measurement and output signal formation circuits of the radio altimeter.

According to the product passport, the UNCH-037M board is not a standalone device and is operated exclusively as part of the A-037 radio altimeter equipment. Functional purpose, operating modes, and electrical characteristics of the board are defined at the system level of the radio altimeter and regulated by the applicable technical documentation.

Structurally, the UNCH-037M is manufactured as an electronic low-frequency amplifier board installed inside the radio altimeter receiver assemblies. The design ensures electrical and functional compatibility with A-037-1A, A-037-1V, A-037-1G receivers and the PP-5M receiver, as well as stable operation under specified operating conditions.
