Description
Generator triode GU-56 is designed to generate oscillations and amplify power in stationary industrial generators for high-frequency heating and other radio engineering devices at frequencies up to 45 MHz.
The design is glass-to-metal with annular mesh and cathode leads.
Cathode - tungsten thoriated carbide direct heating.
Working position - vertical, anode down.
Cooling - forced air.
Details
1. Filament current 24 ± 2.5 A.
2. Anode current (at Uc=200 V), not less than 1.5 A.
3. Anode current (at Ua=3 kV, Uc1=0), not less than 0.8 A.
4. The steepness of the characteristic (at Ia=1.5 and 1 A) 8 ± 2 mA/V.
5. Gain (at Ua=0.3 and 1 kV and Ia=1 A) 15 ± 4.
6. The closing voltage is negative (at Ua=3 kV), not more than 150 V.
7. Vibrational power at a frequency of 40 MHz in the self-excitation mode, not less than 1 kW.
8. Weight no more than 4 kg.
9. Interelectrode capacitances:
– input, no more than 30 pF,
– output, no more than 0.8 pF,

In Stock — items available in stock at the Dubai warehouse are dispatched within 5–10 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Remote Stock — items available at our partners’ remote warehouses are supplied within an average of 30–45 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.
Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.
Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
Extended warranty is available upon request and is agreed individually; it may affect the final product price.
