Description
The 6N1P-EV lamp is a double miniature triode of increased durability, reliability and mechanical strength. Designed to amplify low frequency voltage. Durability not less than 1000 hours. Weight not more than 15 g.

1. Heater voltage 6.3 ± 0.6 V.
2. Filament current 600 ± 50 mA.
3. Nominal anode voltage (constant) 250 V.
4. The anode voltage limit (constant) 300 V.
5. The anode current of each triode is 7.5 ± 1.5 mA.
6. The cathode current of each triode is 25 mA.
7. Grid voltage at anode current of 10 μA -20 V.
8. The reverse current of the grid is 0.5 μA.
9. The voltage between the cathode and the heater is limiting (constant) 250 V.
10. The power dissipated by each anode is 2.2 watts.
11. The slope of the characteristic of each triode is 4.45 ± 0.65 mA / V.
12. Voltage between anodes, not more than 2.5 V.
13. The gain of each triode is 35 ± 7.
14. Resistance in the circuit of each cathode for automatic bias 600 ohms.

Remote Stock — items available at our partners’ remote warehouses are supplied within an average of 30–45 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.
Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.
Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
Extended warranty is available upon request and is agreed individually; it may affect the final product price.
