GA-142/1

Description

The three-position valve GA-142/1 consists of a body with fittings, electromagnets with pushers, two buttons, a spool, two balls and a sleeve with a spring. The cavities on the right and left of the pistons are in communication with the inlet fitting. The outlet fittings are in communication with the drain fitting in the initial position. With the electromagnets turned off, the balls close the holes that communicate the pressure line with the drain connection. The pressure line communicates with the cavities on the right and left behind the pistons and holds the spool in the middle position. In this case, the piston and rod cavities of the hydraulic cylinder communicate with the drain through the spool. When the right electromagnet is turned on or the right button is pressed, the pusher squeezes the ball and closes the fluid outlet under pressure into the cavity behind the right piston. In this case, under the pressure of the working fluid, the left piston will move the spool to the right and communicate the inlet fitting with the right outlet. The left outlet nipple will remain connected to the drain nipple. When the left electromagnet is turned on or the left button is pressed, the operation of the crane elements is similar.
