Gyromagnetic Radio Compass Indicator
Available on back-order
The UGR-4UK Series 3 is an aircraft combined instrument designed as a gyromagnetic radio compass indicator and used within onboard navigation systems. It is applied as part of course systems such as GMK-1 on aircraft and helicopters.
The instrument provides visual indication of aircraft heading, turn angles, and radio bearing data in conjunction with automatic radio compass systems. It enables display of relative bearing and course angle to radio stations, supporting navigation tasks during flight.
The unit is installed in aircraft and helicopter cockpits as part of integrated navigation equipment and operates together with radio compass systems such as ARK-9 and ARK-15, providing essential directional information to the flight crew.
The instrument features a dual-scale design with a fixed outer scale and a movable inner scale, along with pointer indicators and a course setting mechanism for manual input. It operates as part of navigation and course systems, providing synchronized indication of heading and radio navigation data. The product is also known under designation UGR-4UK Series 3.
