Description

TKS401DOD Electromagnetic Contactor

The TKS401DOD is a compact aircraft electromagnetic contactor designed for remote switching of high-current electrical loads in aviation and special equipment. The device is used to control power circuits where reliable switching of high electrical currents is required.

TKS401DOD Contactor in Aircraft Electrical Systems

The TKS401DOD electromagnetic contactor is used to switch powerful electrical consumers in aircraft onboard networks. The contactor closes the main power circuit when a control voltage is applied to the coil, allowing safe and reliable activation of high-current electrical equipment.

TKS401DOD Contactor Design and Operating Principle

The TKS401DOD operates on an electromagnetic principle. When 27 V DC is applied to the control coil, the magnetic field pulls the armature and closes the main power contact. The contact system is designed for high-current switching and uses silver-based contact materials to ensure stable operation and reduce contact wear caused by electrical arcing.

TKS401DOD Aircraft Applications

The TKS401DOD contactor is widely used in aircraft electrical systems of helicopters and airplanes where switching of high-current circuits is required. It is commonly installed in power supply systems, generator circuits, starter circuits, and other electrical control systems operating in aviation environments with vibration, temperature variations, and pressure changes.

Alternative designations: TKS-401DOD, ТКС401ДОД, ТКС-401ДОД — refer to the same product type.
