Description
The pump regulator NR-53D consists of the following main units:
- The pumping unit (pump).
- All-mode centrifugal speed controller.
- The sensor of physical revolutions.
- Temperature sensor.
- Pick-up machine.
- Regulator of the guide vanes.
- Limiter of the maximum reduced revolutions.
- Air pressure limiter behind the compressor.
- Corrector of the number of turns of idle throttle.
- Launcher.
Details
1. The direction of rotation of the pump drive (in accordance with GOST 1630-46) – right.
2. Gear ratio 2.026.
3. The maximum number of revolutions of the pumping unit is 4250 rpm.
4. The permissible overshoot of the number of revolutions of the pumping unit is up to 4400 rpm.
5. The pressure at the inlet to the pumping unit is 1.8 + 7.0 kgf / cm2 at low gas, not less than 1.2 kgf / cm2.
6. Maximum productivity at a speed of 4150 rpm, not less than 11000 kg / h.
7. The maximum fuel pressure behind the pump is 80 kgf / cm2.
8. Fuel temperature at the pump inlet from -50 to + 100 ° С.
9. Ambient temperature from -60 to + 220 ° С.
10. The type of speed controller is centrifugal all-mode.
Payment & delivery
All shipments are carried out from our international warehouse in Dubai (UAE), as well as from our partners’ remote warehouses.
In Stock — items available in stock at the Dubai warehouse are dispatched within 5–10 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Remote Stock — items available at our partners’ remote warehouses are supplied within an average of 30–45 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.
Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.
Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
Extended warranty is available upon request and is agreed individually; it may affect the final product price.
