UV-248B traveling wave tubes are used as input low-noise amplifiers, intermediate frequency amplifiers, power amplifiers, as well as special tubes for signal generation and conversion (limiters, pulse generators, multipliers, phase shifters). Traveling wave tubes are used in radio relay communications, in radar, in electronic systems that require high reliability, as well as in space communications.

1. Gain – from 15 dB to 60 dB.
2. Noise factor:
– low-noise lamps – from 2.5 to 20 (from 3 dB to 13 dB);
– intermediate and output lamps – from 20 to 1000 (from 13 dB to 30 dB).
3. The frequency band of the traveling wave tube in which the noise figure remains constant is from 2 MHz to 10 MHz.
4. The duration of radio pulses at a modulation frequency of 10 MHz to 20 MHz and a large amplitude of the alternating voltage – 1 ns.
5. The average value of the input power that the input TWT can withstand for a long time is from 0.5 W to 3 W.
6. Output power for lamps:

– low noise – from 0.001 W to 0.01 W;

– intermediate – from 0.01 W to 1 W;

– low power – from 1 W to 20 W;

– medium power – from 20 W to 1000 W;

– powerful – not less than 1000 watts.

Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.

Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.

Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
Extended warranty is available upon request and is agreed individually; it may affect the final product price.
