Description
Generator pentode GU-81M for operation as an amplifier of high-frequency oscillations at frequencies up to 50 MHz. Cathode - tungsten thoriated carbide direct heating. Decoration - glass with a plinth. Working position - vertical, balloon up.
Cooling is natural.

1. Heating current, no more than 10.5 A.
2. The current of the 1st grid is reversed (at Un=13.6 V, Ua=3 kV), not more than 50 μA.
3. Permeability of the 1st grid relative to the 2nd grid (at Uс2=0.5 and 0.6 kV) 31.5 ± 4.5%.
4. The steepness of the characteristic (when Uc changes by 10 V) 5.5 ± 1 mA / V.
5. Vibrational power:
– at a frequency of 50 MHz at Uc1=200 V, Ia=600 mA, Ic2=200 mA, not less than 400 W.
– at a frequency of 12 MHz with Ua=1.5 kV, Ia=500 mA, not less than 750 W.
6. Interelectrode capacitances:
– grids – cathode 28.5 ± 3.5 pF.
– anode – cathode 23.5 ± 2.5 pF.
– 1st mesh – anode, no more than 0.1.
– 1st grid – 3rd grid, 4.0 ± 1.5.
7. Durability, not less than 1000 hours.
8. Heating voltage 11.8 – 13.5 V.

Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.
