Description
Ceramic-metal generator tetrode GS-17B. Designed to amplify power and generate microwave oscillations in the frequency range up to 1000 MHz. The design is ceramic-metal, with ring leads of the cathode and grids.
Details
1. Filament current 160 ± 12 A.
2. The resistance of a non-heated cathode is 0.0025 Ohm.
3. Cathode emission current (at Ua=Uc1=Uc2=500 V), not more than 30 A.
4. Anode current (at Ua=1 kV, Uc2=0.6 kV), no more than 2.5 A.
5. Vibrational power in amplification mode (Uа=1.5 kV, Uс2=300 V, l=30 cm), not less than 160 W.
6. Current of the 2nd grid (at Ua=1 kV, Uc2= 0.6 kV), not less than 0.4 A.
7. The closing voltage of the 1st grid is negative (at Ua=5 kV, Ia=0.1 A), not less than 170 V.
8. The steepness of the characteristic (at Ia=2 and 4 A), no more than 55 mA/V.
9. The gain of the 1st grid relative to the 2nd grid is 9 ± 1.5.
10. Power gain, no more than 5.
11. Vibrational power, no more than 4.6 kW.
12. Interelectrode capacitances:
– input 55 ± 5 pF,
– output 22.5 ± 1.5 pF,
– pass-through, no more than 0.05 pF.
13. Heating voltage 3.1 – 3.5 V.

In Stock — items available in stock at the Dubai warehouse are dispatched within 5–10 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Remote Stock — items available at our partners’ remote warehouses are supplied within an average of 30–45 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.
Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.
Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
Extended warranty is available upon request and is agreed individually; it may affect the final product price.
