Description
The high-power generator triode with magnetic focusing of the electron beam GK-12A is designed to generate and amplify oscillatory power in stationary radio engineering devices, mainly in electrothermal installations. The cathode is a tungsten thoriated carbide-bath direct heating. The design is ceramic-metal with an external copper anode. Weight no more than 15 kg.
Cooling - forced:
- anode - water;
- shells - air.

1. Filament current 260 ± 25 A.
2. The resistance of a non-heated cathode is about 0.003 Ohm.
3. Anode current in a pulse (at Ua=Uc=1 kV), not less than 40 A.
4. The steepness of the characteristic (at Ua=1 kV, Ia=5 and 7 A), not less than 45 mA/V.
5. Gain factor (at Uа=1 and 5 kV), not less than 140.
6. The grid locking voltage is negative (at Ia=0.1 A), not more than 60 V.
7. Vibrational power (at a frequency of 1 MHz), not less than 60 kW.
8. Interelectrode capacitances:
– input, no more than 170 pF,
– output, no more than 0.8 pF,
– pass-through, no more than 90 pF.
9. Heating voltage 5.7 – 6.3 V.
10. Operating ambient temperature range from +5 to +40 C.

All shipments are carried out from our international warehouse in Dubai (UAE), as well as from our partners’ remote warehouses.
In Stock — items available in stock at the Dubai warehouse are dispatched within 5–10 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Remote Stock — items available at our partners’ remote warehouses are supplied within an average of 30–45 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.
Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.
Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.
Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
Extended warranty is available upon request and is agreed individually; it may affect the final product price.
