Description

Designed to amplify voltage and generate high frequency oscillations. It is used in VHF receivers as a high frequency amplifier with a grounded grid, as well as a mixer and a local oscillator. It can be used in pulse circuits and low frequency pre-amplification stages. Indirectly heated oxide cathode. Works in any position. Durability not less than 500 hours. Weight not more than 15 g.

1. Heater voltage 6.3 ± 0.6 V.
2. Filament current 350 ± 30 mA.
3. Nominal anode voltage (constant) 150 V.
4. The anode voltage limit (constant) 300 V.
5. The anode current of each triode is 8.5 ± 3.5 mA.
6. The cathode current of each triode is 18 mA.
7. Grid voltage nominal (constant) -2 V.
8. Reverse current of the grid of each triode, no more than 0.1 μA.
9. The power dissipated by each anode is 1.8 watts.
10. The voltage between the cathode and the heater is limiting (constant):
– with a negative potential of the heater 150 V,
– with a positive potential of the heater 100 V.
11. The slope of the characteristic of each triode is 5.9 ± 1.9 mA.
12. The gain of each triode is 36 ± 8.
13. Input impedance at a frequency of 60 MHz is 14 kOhm.

In Stock — items available in stock at the Dubai warehouse are dispatched within 5–10 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.

Remote Stock — items available at our partners’ remote warehouses are supplied within an average of 30–45 business days after receiving 100% prepayment.

Pre-Order — made-to-order products are manufactured and delivered within an average of 45–60 business days. Payment terms: 50% advance payment to start production, with the remaining 50% paid before dispatch from the Dubai warehouse after full readiness for shipment.

Returns & Changes (Restocking Fee)
For selected items, a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% may apply in case of return, order cancellation, or changes to the order specifications. This condition applies only to certain products and is confirmed at the order approval stage.

Warranty
All products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty.
Extended warranty is available upon request and is agreed individually; it may affect the final product price.
