Description

The electromechanism is designed for remote reversible control of valves or rotary valves in air duct systems on machines. It can also be used for remote control of other units, provided that the loads and operating modes of the MPK-5A mechanism comply with its technical requirements. The MPK-5A electromechanism is a converter of electrical energy into mechanical energy, which it gives out in the form of torque on the output shaft. The design of the electrical mechanism makes it possible to limit the torque and the angle of rotation of the output shaft within the specified limits, both in terms of force and in terms of the angle of rotation of the output shaft.

Details

1. Nominal voltage 27 V.

2. Consumption current, no more than 2.75 A.

3. The counteracting moment on the output shaft is 2.5 kgm.

4. The moment of actuation of the spring device (torque limiting clutch), reduced to the output shaft, 3.54-5 kgm.

5. The angle of rotation of the output shaft, limited by external rigid stops, 30 ° -180 ° h.

6. Time of rotation of the output shaft to a working angle of 180 ° 43 sec. ± 20%.

7. Start-off voltage at idle speed, no more than 16 V.

8. Mode of operation – intermittent, consisting of:

– right rotation of the output shaft at an angle of 90 °, a break of 30 seconds, left rotation of the output shaft at an angle of 90 °, a break of 1 minute, there are 5 such cycles, after which a break of at least 30 minutes.

– reversible impulse activations in the amount of up to 20 activations per one flight hour. The duration of each switch-on is 1 sec.

9. The electromechanism must operate without fail under the following conditions:

– in the range of operating voltage from 24.3 to 29.7 V;

– at a relative humidity of the environment up to 100% at temperatures up to + 40 ° С;

– when the ambient temperature changes from +120 to -60 ° C and for a short time (within 10 minutes per one flight hour) at the maximum permissible temperature of + 150 ° C;

– at cyclic temperature changes from +150 to -60 ° С;

– at atmospheric pressure up to 18.6 mm Hg. Art .;

– when exposed to frost, dew, dust and sea fog.

10. Under mechanical stress, the electromechanism:

– vibration resistant in the frequency range 10-300 Hz with acceleration up to 5 g;

– vibration resistant in the frequency range 20-300 Hz with acceleration up to 5 g;

– resistant to linear acceleration up to 10 g;

– withstands transportation with acceleration up to 15 g and pulse duration 5-10 ms;

– shockproof at acceleration up to 15 g with a pulse duration of 20 – 50 msec. The total number of strokes is 10,000;

– should not enter into resonance in the frequency range 5-40 Hz with an amplitude of 0.5-0.8 mm;

– resistant to impacts with acceleration up to 15 g with a pulse duration of 20-50 msec.

11. The electrical mechanism must be explosion-proof.

12. The weight of the electromechanism is not more than 1.8 kg.
